Steven Dowker is currently the Product Manager for Calian ResponseReady™, and industry-leading exercise design, delivery, and evaluation tool. He has been involved in the development of exercises and exercise programs for the last ten years at all levels of government in Canada and Internationally. He has worked with customers to implement objectives-based exercise programs and has significant first-hand knowledge on best practices for exercise design, delivery, and evaluation.
