Todd Livingston is the Training Coordinator for the Emergency Management Accreditation Program (EMAP) and responsible for developing, coordinating, delivering, and supporting the training curriculum and materials for participants and facilitators in preparation for an emergency management program accreditation. Previously served as the Area Manager for the Kentucky Department of Military Affairs Division of Emergency Management and retired after 32 years with St. Petersburg, Florida Fire Rescue. Todd has a degree in Fire Administration from St. Petersburg College and graduated in cohort 2002 from the Naval Post Graduate School Executive Leadership Program. He has gained much experience from National and International disaster deployments and has participated in 20 U.S. deployments, six international deployments.
