Shawn Clough is a Business Centre Practice Lead for the construction services, survey, and project management groups, with over 30 years of experience in multidisciplinary transportation project delivery, construction management, survey, and community development. Previously, Shawn spent over 17 years with the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure (MoTI), where he led over 30 projects in a variety of leadership roles, most notably as a Director for the Highway 8 Reinstatement Program following the 2021 atmospheric river event. He is now Stantec’s MoTI Account Manager, serving as the primary point of contact for business development and delivery. Operating out of our Kamloops office, he is responsible for the overall leadership, development, and growth of the transportation business centre. Along with his project management and construction management experience, Shawn brings the ability to develop and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, including executive and elected officials, in many different capacities.
