Pierre has more than 18 years of experience relating to emergency prevention, preparedness, and response to chemical accidents. Pierre currently administers the Environmental Emergency Regulations 2019, through his work within Environment and Climate Change Canada. Pierre represents Canada on OECD's Working Party on chemical accidents and has been involved in more than 1000 emergencies through his career.
