Albert, President of A.S. Roach Fire Services Ltd, has 50 plus years of fire service experience. Over the course of Albert's career, he has spent over 15 years as a volunteer with fire departments in Saskatchewan and Alberta; and over 17 years as a part time EMTA in Alberta. 

In 1981 Albert moved to the Alberta Fire Commissioner's office, spending 11 years as a fire instructor at the Alberta Fire Training School.

Albert established A.S. Roach Fire Services Ltd in 1995.  Albert has spent over 30 years consulting and training in WUI and structural firefighting.  Albert was "on the ground" at the 2003 Lost Creek fire in the Crowsnest Pass, Fort MacKay 2003, Chisholm 2010, Slave Lake 2011, Zama City 2012 and Fort McMurray 2017.  Recognizing the outstanding performance of sprinklers in protecting structures from wild fire and the need for more efficient and safe mounting system, A.S. Roach Fire Services invented the Elevated Sprinkler Mount - the most efficient sprinkler mounting system available!  In addition to supplying sprinkler related equipment, ASRFSL is the manufacturer and distributor of the Elevated Sprinkler Mount®, the ESM-8 Sprinkler Kit and the "Artificial Rain Sprinkler Trainers"
