Bettina Williams is currently the Program Manager, Credentialed Programs, in the Emergency Management Division with the Justice Institute of British Columbia (JIBC). She is responsible for the emergency and security management diploma, bachelor degree and the post baccalaureate diploma in disaster management programs. Over the past 8 years, Bettina has worked with communities in developing their emergency programs, conducted research in emergency management, and has taught multiple courses at the JIBC.
